Rapid Rate currently provides NatHERS certificates for new builds, multi-unit developments, and renovation/extension projects Australia-wide. We also produce BASIX certificates for projects in NSW.

Our Director, Georgina, has been in the industry for over 7 and a half years and has completed more than 10,000 energy efficient assessments ensuring the most cost effective solutions for her clients. As we know, Energy Efficiency Assessments are not a one size fits all, however, the industry in general tends to have a formula in producing energy reports that give the easiest result for the assessor, not the client. In our experience this can create an inflated build price when it is not always necessary. Through careful consultation we can help to reduce construction costs as much as possible whilst still maintaining compliance and the project’s energy efficiency. Rapid Rate’s point of difference is the extra consideration we take in producing the best outcome for our clients, yet still providing reports with a quick turn-around.
